Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. A cash deposit of $200 is payable on booking to hold your reservation (can be paid by e-transfer) and will be returned to you when property is inspected and no damage found.
Cancellation
We require 2 weeks notice to cancel your reservation. Bookings cancelled without at least 14 days notice will forfeit their deposit.

Amenities close by, however there is a full kitchen if you want to make your own meals.
